Our Synergy Culture

As part of our knowledge sharing and synergy culture,

The president supported the team members who are into service based business with key information and enlightenment on how to do business, especially in the Nigerian environment with a low purchasing power at $1600 GDP per capita

Key recommendations for service based entrepreneurs

  • Tie what you sell to tangible and fast outcomes e,g certificates and licenses
  • As a service provider, look into the value chain, think like your customers and find what they are willing to pay for, sell what is pain/need for them e.g expediting a dreaded business/government process
  • Sell things and services that are easy to understand for the customers e,g time based consulting calls, ebook, easy to setup options with fixed pricing
  • Tie your service to a product that you own as well e,g using your skiills as a lawyer or architect to collaborate in an property investment business
  • Leverage the internet to share 10% of things that will make people that don’t know you but need the remaining 90% to call you for more tangilble outcomes
  • Make your ratecard for the above listed formats, publicly visbile online.

Finally, the President has offered to help any Rainyday Coop member who needs more specific help with strategically growing their service business.
